Abstract The present invention relates to a knuckle joint which includes first and second members. The first member has one end pivotally connected to the second 5 member and an opposing end adapted to be snugly received within a hollow rail. The opposing end has anchoring means adapted to fasten the first member to the hollow rail. The anchoring means includes active and passive elements. The active element is adapted to be driven to an operating position where the active element urges against the passive element thereby causing 10 the active and passive elements to displace in different directions urging against an internal wall of the hollow rail.
