Abstract The application relates to the technical field of door bars, and discloses a retractable door bar, which includes a fixed end, the fixed end includes an upper end and a lower end, a winding drum is placed between the upper end and the lower end and may rotate around its axis, one end of the door curtain is wound on the winding drum, a spiral spring is disposed in the winding drum and pushes the winding drum to rotate around its axis, the winding drum may wind the door curtain after rotating, one end of the spiral spring is connected with the winding drum, the other end of the spiral spring is connected with the long column of the change apparatus, so as to change the rotation elastic force of the spiral spring, and then winding force of the winding drum in winding the door curtain is changed.
