A cover, for use in a modular building which comprises first, second, third and fourth building modules and in which: in a first pair of modules, comprising the first building module and the second building module, the first and second building modules are arranged one-beside-the-other along a first axis; in a second pair of modules, comprising the second building module and the third building module, the second and third building modules are arranged one-beside-the-other along a second axis, the second axis being perpendicular to the first axis; in a third pair of building modules, comprising the first building module and the fourth building module, the first and fourth building modules are arranged one-beside-the-other along a third axis, the third axis being parallel to the second axis and perpendicular to first axis; and in a fourth pair of building modules, comprising the third building module and the fourth building module, the third and fourth building modules are arranged one-beside-the-other along a fourth axis, the fourth axis being parallel to the first axis and perpendicular to the second and third axes, whereby there is an intersection between a boundary between the first and fourth pairs of modules and a boundary between the second and third pairs of modules, the cover being located or locatable to cover the intersection to preclude ingress of water at the intersection. 35599721 Abstract(25411366.1).docx
