    Building and construction apparatus and method A device for positioning exterior or interior building member, the device comprises an exterior or interior building member receptacle into which an exterior or interior building member can be loaded, and a frame for progressively moving the exterior or interior building receptacle loaded with the exterior or interior building member to a fixing position. In some examples the frame includes one of a slide member, or an arm member, or a slinging member.
