ELECTRICAL OFFSETS FOR INSULATORS
Disclosed is a member for spacing an electrical wire from a post. The post can be of a type that comprises at least one elongate flange. The member can be elongate and can comprise first and second ends that are spaced apart by a length of the 5 member. The first end can be configured to be mounted to the at least one elongate flange. The second end can be configured for retaining a pin-lock type or annular type insulating element thereat for supporting and electrically isolating the electrical wire from the post. The pin-lock type insulating element can have a recess which is configured for the at least one elongate flange to be located 10 therein. The second end can be configured to be located in said recess in place of the at least one elongate flange. The second end can be further configured to be retained within the recess by at least one pin-retainer of the insulating element being inserted through the insulating element. Alternatively, the second end can be configured to receive thereat the annular type insulating element.
