- 43 Prefabricated assemblies and construction modules made from specific building components and methods and systems of assembling the construction modules, as well as buildings constructed therefrom, including a floor assembly for use in a construction module, the floor assembly comprising a floor having an in-use upper face, an in-use lower face and a perimeter edge disposed between the upper and lower faces, the floor comprising a plurality of building panels made from autoclaved aerated concrete; a framing member to be located at the perimeter edge of the floor, the framing member extending across at least a portion of the in-use lower face of the floor to form a support portion; and a structural element connected to and extending between the support portion and the upper floor face; wherein the structural element can be configured to act as a lifting point to facilitate lifting of the floor assembly.
