METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PUNCTUAL FASTENING A WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE TO HYDRAULIC WORKS
A method and system suitable for fastening a waterproofing and protective membrane is provided. The membrane is fastened onto a part of a structure of a hydraulic work by using stud shaped fastening devices and an annular seals and locking plates. Each fastening device includes an anchoring portion. The method comprises causing the anchoring portion to penetrate into the structure of the hydraulic work or into the ground, with the upper portion of each fastening device extending out of a respective anchoring point; and laying down the protective membrane in a stretched condition by threading the upper portions of the fastening devices into holes of the membrane; and partitioning forces and stresses acting on the membrane sealingly fastening the membrane in correspondence with the fastening devices by the annular seals and locking plates provided with annular frictional surfaces.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés à la fixation ponctuelle dune membrane imperméable et protectrice (13) en matière plastique en vue de la protection et de limperméabilisation de surfaces (19) douvrages hydrauliques (10), tels que des canaux, des tunnels, des barrages et similaires. Par rapport aux zones de surface exposées aux actions dun fluide et/ou du vent, la membrane protectrice (13) est fixée à la structure (11) en béton de louvrage hydraulique et/ou au sol (37) par un système de dispositifs (15, 16) de fixation ponctuelle. Chaque dispositif (15, 16) de fixation comporte un élément (23, 32, 36) dancrage prévu pour senfoncer dans la structure (11) en béton et/ou dans le sol (12) sur une profondeur souhaitée, muni dune tige de rattachement ou dune partie (231, 35, 40) dextrémité de fixation dépassant partiellement de la surface (10) à recouvrir, à laquelle la membrane protectrice (13) est fixée de manière étanche tout en étant plaquée contre la zone de surface de la structure hydraulique et/ou du sol par des moyens (25, 26, 27, 28, 29) de blocage ; lesdits moyens de blocage sont mis en forme de façon à donner une zone de surface annulaire étendue de contact avec la membrane (13), convenant pour transmettre des efforts et/ou des déformations aux dispositifs (15) de fixation ponctuelle.
