NOYAU ACOUSTIQUE INTEGRABLE A UNE STRUCTURE
The object of the invention is an acoustic core capable of being integrated into a structure such as a door or partition, in order to make this structure more highly acoustically absorbent and/or insulated. This core includes a multi-layer substrate with soundproofing effects, mounted between two outer parts, the said multi-layer substrate and the outer parts secured together to form a whole. The multi-layer substrate includes an upper layer made of a polymer film, a central layer made of a polymer and/or oxidized bitumen and optionally reinforced, and a lower layer made of granules from recycled tires. The outer parts are made of wood, metal or plastic derivative materials and each features grooves or wedges to avoid total contact surface with the multi-layer substrate and thus increasing the desired soundproofing effect.
L'invention vise un noyau acoustique intégrable à une structure telle qu'une porte ou cloison, dans le but de rendre cette structure performante en matière d'absorption et/ou d'isolation acoustique. Ce noyau comprend un substrat multicouche à effet d'insonorisation monté entre deux pièces externes, ledit substrat multicouche et les pièces externes étant fixés ensemble pour former un tout. Le substrat multicouche comprend une couche supérieure constituée d'un film de polymère, une couche centrale constituée d'un bitume polymère et/ou oxydé avec optionnellement un renfort, et une couche inférieure constituée de granulats issus de pneus recyclés. Les pièces externes sont faites en bois, dérivées du bois, métal ou matière plastique, et sont chacune pourvues de rainures ou de cales pour éviter une surface de contact total avec le substrat multicouche et ainsi augmenter l'effet d'insonorisation désiré.
