INTEGRATED INSULATION EXTRUSION AND EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY FOR WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEMS
Extruded plastic profiles with integrated insulation, the method for extruding such products, and the windows and doors made with such plastic extrusions. The plastic extusions may additionally include a low heat build-up capstock system comprising an acrylic cap and pigment system that is substantially IR transparent. The extruded plastic profiles with integrated insulation are recyclable using conventional plastic extrusion process and are fully weldable in conventional window and door manufacturing.
L'invention concerne des profilés en plastique extrudé dotés d'une isolation intégrée, le procédé d'extrusion desdits produits, et les fenêtres et les portes fabriquées avec lesdites extrusions de plastique. Les extrusions de plastique peuvent comprendre en outre un système de revêtement mixte basse température comprenant un couvercle acrylique et un système de pigment qui est sensiblement transparent aux IR. Les profilés en plastique extrudé dotés d'une isolation intégrée peuvent être recyclés au moyen des procédés d'extrusion de plastique traditionnels et peuvent être entièrement soudés dans le cadre d'une fabrication traditionnelle de fenêtres et de portes.
