The present invention relates to a process for producing cold bituminous mixes, comprising the following successive steps: a. in a mixer, coating, at ambient temperature, all of the solid mineral fractions with all of the binder in emulsion, and optionally a portion of fluxing agent, over a time interval T sufficient to observe a coating of the mix; then b. at the end of the time interval T, adding the remaining amount of fluxing agent, over a time interval t, such that the T/t ratio is greater than 2, the other mixing conditions of steps a) and b) being otherwise substantially identical. The present invention also relates to cold bituminous mixes, capable of being obtained by the process according to the invention and the use thereof for the production of wearing courses, the production of emulsion-stabilized gravels or the production of storage-grade mixes.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'enrobés hydrocarbonés à froid, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes: a. dans un malaxeur, enrober à température ambiante la totalité des fractionssolides minérales avec la totalité du liant en émulsion,et éventuellemennt une partie d'agent fluxant, pendant un intervalle de temps T suffisant pour observer un enrobage de l'enrobé; puis b. à la fin de l'intervalle de temps T, ajouter la quantité restante de l'agent fluxant, pendant un intervalle de temps t, tel que le ratio T/t soit supérieur à 2, les autres conditions de mélange des étapes a) et b) étant par ailleurs sensiblement identiques. La présente invention concerne également des enrobés hydrocarbonés à froid, susceptible d'être obtenu par le procédé selon l'invention et leur utilisation pour la fabrication de couches de roulement, la fabrication de graves émulsions ou la fabrication d'enrobés stockables.
