HYDRAULIC BREAKER HAMMER CASING ASSEMBLY FOR PILE DRIVING
A hydraulic breaker hammer casing assembly for converting a hydraulic breaker hammer to a pile driving apparatus for driving piles into the ground. A hydraulic breaker hammer is immovably retained in a support housing. The hydraulic breaker hammer is fitted with a blunt working implement for transmitting blows to a drive cap supported on top of a pile. A pile guiding assembly is secured at an open bottom end of the support housing for guiding, in axial alignment with the working implement, the pile being driven in the ground. The casing assembly protects the hydraulic breaker hammer secured therein and provides access thereto as well as displaceable connection to a boom of a pile driving rig.
Un ensemble boîtier de marteau hydraulique de broyage pour convertir un marteau hydraulique de broyage en un appareil de battage de pieux pour le battage des pieux dans le sol est décrit. Un marteau hydraulique de broyage est retenu de manière immobile dans un boîtier de support. Le marteau hydraulique de broyage est équipé dun outil de travail émoussé pour transmettre des coups à un capuchon dentraînement supporté sur le dessus dun pieu. Un ensemble de guidage de pieu est fixé au niveau dune extrémité inférieure ouverte du boîtier de support pour guider, en alignement axial avec loutil de travail, le pieu étant entraîné dans le sol. Lensemble boîtier protège le marteau hydraulique de broyage fixé dans celui-ci et fournit un accès à celui-ci ainsi quune connexion mobile à une flèche dun appareil de battage de pieux.
