SETTING RETARDER FOR HYDRATE-FORMING BINDERS
A method for producing a setting retarder for hydrate-forming binders, wherein a) a first reactant A, comprising an amino acid and/or an amino acid derivative, is reacted with b) a second reactant C, comprising an amine-free carboxylic acid and/or an amine-free carboxylic acid derivative, to form a reaction product, wherein the reaction occurs at a pH value of 7.5 - 11.5 and the pH value is held constant in the specified range of 7.5 -11.5 during the reaction. In order to hold the pH value constant in the specified range and to avoid fluctuations, in a method step an aqueous solution of reactant A is presented and a pH of 7.5 - 11.5 is set by adding a base. In a second method step, partial amounts of the base and partial amounts of reactant C are alternately added in order to stabilize the pH value during the reaction.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un retardateur de prise pour des liants formant des hydrates, selon lequel a) un premier réactant A, comprenant un acide aminé et/ou un dérivé d'acide aminé réagit avec b) un deuxième réactant C, comprenant un acide carboxylique exempt d'amine et/ou un dérivé d'acide carboxylique exempt d'amine, pour donner un produit de réaction. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que la réaction s'effectue à un pH allant de 7,5 à 11,5, et en ce que le pH est maintenu constant pendant la réaction dans la plage spécifiée allant de 7,5 à 11,5. Pour maintenir le pH constant dans la plage spécifiée et éviter des fluctuations, une solution aqueuse du réactant A est préparée et un pH allant de 7,5 à 11,5, de préférence allant de 8 à 11, en particulier allant de 8,5 à 10,5 est ajusté dans une étape de procédé par addition d'une base. Dans une deuxième étape de procédé, des quantités partielles de la base et du réactant C sont ajoutées alternativement pour stabiliser le pH pendant la réaction.
