WINDOW COUNTERBALANCE SYSTEM
A window balance assembly for a tilt-in window comprising a bracket, a spring and a carrier. The first spring has a first portion engaging the bracket. The carrier has a vertical portion including a first slot, a first projection extending outwardly from a first side of the vertical portion, and a second attachment projection extending outwardly from a second side of the vertical portion. The first slot receives a pivot bar of the tilt-in window via a vertical drop-in installation. One of the first and second attachment protrusions engages the first portion of the spring. The horizontal portion includes an aperture rotatably engaging a cam between a first position and a second position. The cam has a second slot aligned with the first slot when the cam is in the first position allowing for the pivot bar to move between the first slot and the second slot.
Un ensemble déquilibrage de fenêtre pour une fenêtre à bascule comprenant une bride, un ressort et un support. Le premier ressort présente une première partie venant en prise avec la bride. Le support comporte une partie verticale présentant une première fente, une première saillie sétendant vers lextérieur depuis un premier côté de la partie verticale et une seconde saillie de fixation sétendant vers lextérieur depuis un second côté de la partie verticale. La première fente reçoit une barre de pivotement de la fenêtre à bascule par lintermédiaire dune installation par insertion verticale. Une de la première et de la seconde saillie de fixation vient en prise avec la première partie du ressort. La partie horizontale comprend une ouverture venant en prise de manière rotative avec une came entre une première et une seconde position. La came présente une seconde fente alignée avec la première fente lorsque la came est en première position, ce qui permet à la barre pivotante de se déplacer entre la première et la seconde fente.
