A bottomless culvert is provided for use in traversing a waterway, pipeline or road, while minimally impacting on the waterway, pipeline or road. The bottomless culvert comprising a first headwall, a second headwall, a first flange, a second flange and an arcuate member, the arcuate member having an inner arch and an outer arch, the inner arch defining a cavity extending along a longitudinal axis of the arcuate member, the first headwall attached to a first end of the arcuate member, the second headwall attached to a second end of the arcuate member, the first flange attached to a first edge of the arcuate member, the second flange attached to a second edge of the arcuate member, the headwalls defining an opening aligned with the cavity of the arcuate member. A bottomless culvert comprising a double arcuate member is also provided.
