The invention, Smart-Solar-Saver, is a device that insulates, conserves and generates electricity using solar panel. It is used to decrease the deficiencies in insulation materials, Cool-Roofs, Roof Trees, Solar-Panels, glass doors, windows and walls; and also to increase the benefits of very low Solar Window efficiency. The two new invention technologies fused together into the Smart-Solar-Saver are: Solar-Radiation Winter-Air Thermal Insulator, (SORAWATI) and Thermal Radiation Resistance Inertia Zero Multiple Energy Saver (TRIZMES). The main components of Sorawati are: top-platform with or without mounted solar-panel; sectional-ventilation walls and windows; air-evacuating cavity; fluidynamic air, wind, water passage; and bottom thermal resistance-reservoir. The main components of Trizmes are multi-barrier elements, and grooved-side frames. Smart-solar-Saver is used in hot and cold weather to save energy tremendously and reduces its pay-back time significantly in homes, buildings, glass-skyscrapers, autos, ovens and fridges. Even in snow weather, it is air self-insulating with snow.
