INSERT ACCESS DOOR
An access door for insertion into an opening in a construction surface is provided. The access door has a frame for engagement with edges of the opening in the construction surface. The frame has a channel formed therein for receiving a thermally insulative material to provide a thermal break between the frame and the construction surface. A door is operatively coupled to the frame and movable between an open position allowing access through the opening in the construction surface and a closed position preventing access through the opening in the construction surface.
On propose une porte daccès pour insertion dans une ouverture dans une surface de construction. La porte daccès possède un cadre pour mise en prise avec les bords de louverture dans la surface de construction. Le cadre possède un canal formé dans celui-ci pour recevoir un matériau thermiquement isolant pour procurer une barrière isolante entre le cadre et la surface de construction. Une porte est couplée de manière fonctionnelle au cadre et est mobile entre une position ouverte qui permet laccès par louverture dans la surface de construction et une position fermée qui empêche laccès par louverture dans la surface de construction.
