METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CEMENT CLINKER SUBSTITUTE
The invention relates to the production of a cement clinker substitute, in which a) a starting material in the form of natural and/or synthetic, zeolite-containing puzzolan and/or clay is provided, and b) said starting material is thermally treated to produce the cement clinker substitute in a temperature range of between 500 - 1200°C, characterized in that c) prior to and/or during the thermal treatment of the starting material, at least one liquid agent, which reduces the inner surface of the cement clinker substitute, is added.
L'invention concerne la fabrication d'un substitut de clinker, comprenant a. la préparation d'un matériau de départ sous forme de pouzzolane naturelle et/ou synthétique contenant de la zéolite, et/ou d'argiles, et b. le traitement thermique dudit matériau de départ dans une plage de température de 500 - 1200°C pour produire le substitut de clinker, caractérisé par c. l'addition avant et/ou pendant le traitement thermique du matériau de départ d'au moins un flux qui réduit la surface réelle du substitut de clinker.
