SMART WATER SHUT OFF
The Smart Water Shut Off system can be installed in either a residential or commercial application to conserve water. It is designed to monitor, give warnings for over consumption and waste occurrences, secondly shut off the water supply in case of pipe bursts; ruptures - whether someone is home or not. The secret is in the water meter and the solenoid valve that is installed in the primary water line to the occupancy, plus the Smart controller that monitors all this water consumption. The meter sends the signals and the controller is the preverbal watch dog, for when there is over consumption, the controller alerts the owner/occupant that there is a problem and needs to be rectified. Examples are many; they may range from showering too long, leaky toilets or accidentally leaving a hose running somewhere, also from a pipe burst or rupture. The controller has triple settings options for water consumption calculations or amounts which will assist in ease of operations. The controller should be mounted in the main living/occupancy area, to allow for quick and readily available notifications.
