BRIDGE TIE FASTENER SYSTEM
Methods, system and apparatus are disclosed, including a tie fastener apparatus for attaching railroad ties to a superstructure. The apparatus comprises a threaded hook bolt, including a hook with a hook end to engage the underside of a flange of a superstructure beam. The apparatus further comprises: a metal member for engaging plural ties, the metal member including a tie fastener hole at plural locations, and a nut for fastening a threaded end of the threaded hook bolt for installation when the threaded hook bolt is passed through the bolt hole and optionally a washer. When the threaded hook bolt is installed, including passing a threaded end of the threaded hook bolt through the bolt hole and fastening with the nut, the hook engages the superstructure. The apparatus is installed from above the superstructure without drilling holes in ties or the superstructure, or requiring manned installation from below the superstructure.
Cette invention concerne des procédés, un système et un appareil, comprenant un appareil de fixation de traverses destiné à fixer des traverses de chemin de fer à une superstructure. Ledit appareil comprend un boulon-crochet fileté, comprenant un crochet avec une extrémité de crochet destinée à entrer en prise avec le côté inférieur d'une bride d'une poutre de superstructure. Ledit appareil appareil comprend en outre : un élément métallique destiné à venir en prise avec une pluralité de traverses, ledit élément métallique comprenant un orifice de fixation de traverse en une pluralité d'emplacements, et un écrou destiné à fixer une extrémité filetée du boulon-crochet fileté à poser quand le boulon-crochet fileté est introduit à travers le trou de boulon et optionnellement une rondelle. Quand le boulon-crochet fileté est posé, une extrémité filetée du boulon-crochet fileté étant introduite à travers le trou de boulon et fixée au moyen de l'écrou, le crochet entre en prise avec la superstructure. Ledit appareil est introduit à partir du dessus de la superstructure sans perçage des traverses ou de la superstructure et sans nécessiter de pose par du personnel situé en dessous de la superstructure.
