SIPHON TRAP DISINFECTION SYSTEM
A siphon trap disinfection unit consisting of a copper/silver electrode formed by spray coating of a section of the inner surface of the trap, the spray coating being applied to two isolated areas which preferably face each other. A water level sensor to detect the water flow in the siphon and an electric controller circuit to generate ions by applying voltage between two electrodes and controlling the amount of current passing through this control circuit to generate enough concentration of copper and silver ion continuously in the water standing area of the siphon trap to remove and deactivate harmful bacteria's in this area.
Une unité de désinfection dun siphon collecteur consiste en une électrode de cuivre/argent formée par revêtement par pulvérisation dune section de surface intérieure du siphon, le revêtement par pulvérisation étant appliqué dans deux zones isolées, de préférence face à face. Un détecteur de niveau deau est fourni pour détecter le débit deau dans le siphon et un circuit de commande électrique est fourni pour produire des ions par lapplication dune tension entre deux électrodes et contrôler lintensité du courant circulant dans ledit circuit de commande afin de produire une concentration suffisante dions de cuivre et dargent en continu dans la zone deau stagnante du siphon collecteur pour retirer et désactiver les bactéries nuisibles dans cette zone.
