The present invention relates to an inflatable door seal (1) for sealing a vehicle (60), wherein the door seal (1) comprises inflatable members (10, 10') at its right and left sides, wherein each of said inflatable members (10, 10') comprise at least one vertical inflatable portion (20) for sealing against the sides of the vehicle (60), a curtain portion (30) for sealing against the roof of the vehicle (60) and a bottom seal portion (40) for sealing between the floor ground and the vehicle (60). The present invention also relates to a method of inflating an inflatable door seal (1).
