A structural building frame panel has: a first layer of studs; a second layer of studs; a layer of cross members interconnecting the first layer of studs and the second layer of studs, in which the first layer of studs, the second layer of studs, and the layer of cross members are arranged such that interstices defined between studs and interstices defined between cross members are interconnected across layers to form a continuous interstitial cavity; and insulative polymeric resin injected in situ within the continuous interstitial cavity.
