Filtre pour la filtration d'un fluide tel qu'un liquide, comprenant ou constitué par un élément support (1) fait dans un matériau céramiqueporeux, ledit élément présentant une forme tubulaire ou parallélépipédique délimitée par une surface externe (2) et comprenant dans sa portion interne (3) un ensemble de canaux (4) adjacents, d'axes parallèles entre eux et séparés les uns des autres par des parois (8) dudit matériau inorganique poreux, dans lequel au moins une partie desdits canaux (4) et/ou au moins une partie de ladite surface externe sont recouverts d'une couche séparatrice membranaire (5) poreuse, ledit filtre étant caractérisé en ce que: -ladite coucheséparatrice membranaireest faite dans un matériau constitué essentiellement de carbure de silicium (SiC), -la teneur massique en azote élémentairede la couche constituant la coucheséparatrice membranaireporeuse est comprise entre 0,1% et 2%.
A filter for the filtration of a fluid, such as a liquid, includes or is composed of a support element made of a porous ceramic material, the element exhibiting a tubular or parallelepipedal shape delimited by an external surface and including, in its internal portion, a set of adjacent channels with axes parallel to one another and separated from one another by walls of the porous inorganic material, in which at least a portion of the channels and/or at least a portion of the external surface are covered with a porous separating membrane layer, wherein the separating membrane layer is made of a material essentially composed of silicon carbide (SiC), and the content by weight of elemental nitrogen of the layer constituting the porous separating membrane layer is between 0.1% and 2%.
