LADDER TABLE SHELF SYSTEM AND METHOD
A ladder shelf/extender designed to free the painter (or tradesperson) from having to carry items as he/she works from an elevated height. The ladder shelf is durable, adaptable, and lightweight. The device is capable of holding in excess of 300lbs of materials, such as paint cans, paint trays with paint, tools and other trades accessories. Mounting of the device to ladders may vary between embodiments with a first embodiment having a top resting attachment to extend the shelf out horizontally from the top of the ladder and a second embodiment having horizontal bars inserted into the ladder for side-use. Certain embodiments may have a cable and latch assembly for positive coupling for safety reasons.
