The present invention discloses a heating and cooling system of a modular residential building at least comprising: a) a building framework,b) a number of flat modules (1.0), c) a number of front elements (6.04),d) at least two gable elements (6.03),e) at least one roof element (6.02), and f) a plurality of horizontal and vertical heating and cooling canals, where the building frameworks includes fastening means (5.02) for securing the flat modules (1.0) to the building framework with a horizontal and vertical distance between neighbouring flat modules (1.0) thereby creating cavities there between where cavities are utilized as the plurality of horizontal and vertical heating and cooling canals.
La présente invention concerne un système de chauffage et de refroidissement d'un bâtiment résidentiel modulaire comprenant au moins : a) une structure de bâtiment, b) un certain nombre de modules plats (1.0), c) un certain nombre d'éléments de façade (6.04), d) au moins deux éléments de pignon (6.03), e) au moins un élément de toit (6.02), et f) une pluralité de canaux de chauffage et de refroidissement horizontaux et verticaux, où les structures de bâtiment comprennent des moyens de fixation (5.02) permettant de fixer les modules plats (1.0) sur la structure de bâtiment avec une distance horizontale et verticale entre des modules plats voisins (1.0), ce qui crée des cavités entre elles, les cavités étant utilisées comme les canaux de chauffage et de refroidissement horizontaux et verticaux.
