METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COATING SOLID WOOD FLOOR AND SOLID WOOD FLOOR
A method and an apparatus for coating a solid wood floor and a solid wood floor are provided. The method for coating a solid wood floor includes providing a solid wood floor, where the solid wood floor has two side surfaces defining boundaries of a width dimension of the solid wood floor; and providing a polyethylene protective film, and adhering the polyethylene protective film to at least one of the two side surfaces. Therefore, external moisture can be prevented from entering the solid wood floor so as to avoid deformation of the floor due to moisture; an external dust, water, etc. can be prevented from entering between two adjacent solid wood floors; an overall appearance of the laid solid wood floors will not be affected by the coating; when the laid solid wood floors are subjected to force, no noise will be emitted, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
Un procédé et un appareil pour le revêtement dun plancher de bois franc et un plancher de bois franc sont fournis. Le procédé pour appliquer un revêtement à un plancher de bois franc comprend de fournir un plancher de bois franc, celui-ci ayant une surface sur deux côtés qui définissent les limites de la largeur dun plancher de bois franc; et de fournir une pellicule de protection en polyéthylène, et de faire adhérer la pellicule de protection de polyéthylène à au moins une des surfaces sur deux côtés. Ainsi, lhumidité externe ne peut pas pénétrer le plancher de bois franc, empêchant la déformation du plancher en raison de lhumidité; la poussière, leau, etc., de lextérieur ne peuvent pas entrer entre deux planchers de bois franc adjacents; lapparence globale des planchers de bois franc posés ne sera pas affectée par le revêtement; lorsque les planchers de bois franc posés sont soumis à une force, aucun bruit ne sera émis, améliorant ainsi la satisfaction du consommateur.
