Disclosed is a gripping device designed to hold an insulating glazing unit sub-assembly comprising a spacer frame (20) and at least one central glass sheet (16) that is accommodated in an inner peripheral groove (3) of the spacer frame. The gripping device comprises elements (93) for gripping the spacer frame and elements (92) for gripping the central glass sheet so as to ensure that the spacer frame (20) and the central glass sheet (16) are held independently while allowing a relative movement between the two.
Ce dispositif de préhension est configuré pour tenir un sous-ensemble de vitrage isolant comprenant un cadre espaceur (20) et au moins une feuille de verre centrale (16) reçue dans une rainure périphérique interne (3) du cadre espaceur. Le dispositif de préhension comporte d'une part des organes (93) de préhension du cadre espaceur et d'autre part des organes (92) de préhension de la feuille de verre centrale de manière à assurer une préhension indépendante du cadre espaceur (20) et de la feuille de verre centrale (16) en autorisant un déplacement relatif de l'un par rapport à l'autre.
