A system for generating and introducing soap bubbles and disinfectants into a toilet bowl using pressurized water, which includes; a water hydraulically operated distribution module with a manually depressible control button. The system further includes a soap and water mixer; an air pump assembly; and a bubble generator each of which is water hydraulically operated. The distribution module receives pressurized water and upon depressing the control button the distribution module is configured to simultaneously: i; communicate the pressurized water to the air pump assembly, ii; communicate the main pressurized water to the soap and water mixer, iii; and further communicate a amount of control water to the soap and water mixer. The soap and water mixer is configured to generate a preselected amount of mixed water and soap proportional to the amount of control water. The air pump assembly includes a motor that is driven by the pressurized water and is operably connected to an air pump which produces compressed air and communicates the compressed air to the bubble generator. The bubble generator receives the mixed water and soap and also the compressed air, wherein the bubble generator is configured to generate a water-soap bubble mixture and the water-soap bubble mixture is communicated to the toilet bowl thereby introducing the water-soap bubble mixture into the toilet bowl.
