MAT-FACED BOARD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BOARD
The application concerns a gypsum board (10) and a method of producing it whereby the board comprises a gypsum core (20) and at least one mat (12) being provided on the core. The mat has outer (14) and inner (18) surfaces and comprises a first region (30) adjacent to the outer surface defined along a horizontal plane of the mat, the first region having a first substantial thickness, and a second region (32) adjacent to the inner surface defined along a horizontal plane of the mat, the second region having a second substantial thickness. The first region has more hydrophilicity than the second region, more wettability than the second region, and/or less density than the second region.
L'invention concerne une plaque de plâtre (10) et son procédé de fabrication, la plaque comprenant une âme de plâtre (20) et au moins un tapis (12) étant disposé sur l'âme. Le tapis comporte des surfaces extérieure (14) et intérieure (18) et comprend une première région (30) adjacente à la surface extérieure définie le long d'un plan horizontal du tapis, la première région présentant une première épaisseur substantielle, et une seconde région (32) adjacente à la surface intérieure définie le long d'un plan horizontal du tapis, la seconde région présentant une seconde épaisseur substantielle. La première région présente un caractère hydrophile supérieur à celui de la seconde région, une mouillabilité supérieure à celle de la seconde région, et/ou une densité inférieure à celle de la seconde région.
