ADHESIVE ARTICLE
Described herein is an adhesive article for fire protection along with methods of using the same. The adhesive article comprises (i) a substrate having a major surface, wherein the major surface has at least two opposing distal portions and a central portion therebetween and wherein the substrate is perforated along the at least two opposing distal portions and is not perforated in the central portion; (ii) a sealing strip positioned between the central portion and the distal portion; and (iii) a discontinuous adhesive layer disposed on the at least two opposing distal portions.
La présente invention concerne un article adhésif pour la protection contre le feu, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation associés. L'article adhésif comprend (i) un substrat ayant une surface principale, la surface principale ayant au moins deux parties distales opposées et une partie centrale entre celles-ci et le substrat étant perforé le long des au moins deux parties distales opposées et n'étant pas perforé dans la partie centrale ; (ii) une bande d'étanchéité positionnée entre la partie centrale et la partie distale; et (iii) une couche adhésive discontinue disposée sur les au moins deux parties distales opposées.
