TIE SYSTEM FOR INSULATED CONCRETE PANELS
Insulated concrete panels are known in the construction industry. Disclosed is an concrete panel having an insulation layer containing a tie opening extending therethrough. First and second concrete layers disposed on generally opposite sides of said insulation layer; and a tie system having a hub portion at least partly received in said tie opening. A first end section at least partly embedded in said first concrete layer, and a second end section at least partly embedded in said second concrete layer. The tie system is capable of shifting from a collapsed configuration, in which a maximum width the said first and second end sections is less than a maximum width of said tie opening, to an expanded configuration, in which the maximum width of said first and second end sections is greater than the maximum width of said tie opening.
Des panneaux de béton isolés sont connus dans lindustrie de la construction. Un panneau de béton, ayant une couche disolant qui contient une ouverture dattache sétendant à travers cette première, est décrit. Il sagit de premières et de deuxièmes couches de béton disposées sur des côtés généralement opposés de ladite couche disolante; et dun système dattache ayant une partie moyeu au moins partiellement reçue dans ladite ouverture dattache. Il sagit dune première section dextrémité au moins partiellement dans ladite première couche de béton, et dune deuxième section dextrémité au moins partiellement noyée dans ladite deuxième couche de béton. Le système dattache est capable de changer dune configuration pliée, dans laquelle une largeur maximale, lesdites première et deuxième sections dextrémité, est inférieure à une largeur maximale de ladite ouverture dattache, à une configuration étendue, dans laquelle la largeur maximale desdites première et deuxième sections est supérieure à la largeur maximale de ladite ouverture dattache.
