A window wall assembly including an insulated panel having at least one hole; at least one spacer located between and abutting a first portion of an outside of the insulated panel and an inside of an architectural fascia panel; at least one layer of nonconducting material connected to the at least one spacer and sandwiched between a second portion of the outside of the insulated panel and the inside of the architectural fascia panel; and a first fastener having a hollow inner section inserted into the at least one hole which has threading on the inside, an outer section having threading on the outside and extending into the layer of nonconducting material; and a flange located between the inner section and outer section of the first fastener and having a greater lateral dimension than the radius of the at least one hole.
L'invention concerne un ensemble pan de verre comprenant un panneau isolé comportant au moins un trou ; au moins une entretoise située entre une première partie d'une partie extérieure du panneau isolé et une partie intérieure d'un panneau architectural de bordure de toit et venant en butée contre ces dernières ; au moins une couche de matériau non conducteur reliée à ladite ou audites entretoises et prise en sandwich entre une seconde partie de la partie extérieure du panneau isolé et la partie intérieure du panneau architectural de bordure de toit ; et un premier élément de fixation comportant une section intérieure creuse insérée dans ledit ou lesdits trous comportant un filetage sur l'intérieur, une section extérieure comportant un filetage sur l'extérieur et s'étendant dans la couche de matériau non conducteur ; et une bride située entre la section intérieure et la section extérieure du premier élément de fixation et ayant une dimension latérale supérieure au rayon dudit ou desdits trous.
