The present invention intends to provide a gypsum-based embedding material composition for casting, the composition being useful as a rapid-heating type gypsum-based embedding material making it possible to provide a product with which leaving time is made short, which has never been realized in conventional products, and also intends to provide a method for producing the same. A gypsum-based embedding material composition for casting, the composition being a gypsum-based powdery embedding material composition for casting to be used for a rapid-heating type embedding material, the gypsum-based powdery embedding material composition being such that a set product is put into a high-temperature furnace, the set product obtained by adding a malaxation liquid into the composition to perform malaxation and then setting a resultant mixture, wherein the gypsum-based embedding material composition for casting contains as main components calcined gypsum, quartz, and cristobalite, and contains at least one co-pulverized material selected from a co-pulverized material of calcined gypsum and quartz, a co-pulverized material of calcined gypsum and cristobalite, or a co-pulverized material of calcined gypsum, quartz, and cristobalite, and a powdery moisture-retaining component or a liquid moisture-retaining component having a low water content, the composition having an average particle diameter of 30 µm or less, and a method for producing the same.
L'invention fournit une composition de matériau de revêtement à base de gypse pour coulée avantageuse en tant que matériau de revêtement à base de gypse de type chauffage rapide, qui permet de fournir un article dont la durée de repos est raccourcie, ce qui n'est pas réalisable avec les articles de l'art antérieur, et fournit un procédé de fabrication de cette composition de matériau de revêtement à base de gypse pour coulée. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de matériau de revêtement pour coulée sous forme de poudre à base de gypse qui est destinée à un matériau de revêtement de type chauffage rapide tel qu'un liquide de mélange est introduit puis durci après mélange, et un corps durci est chargé dans un four à haute température. Cette composition de matériau de revêtement à base de gypse pour coulée a pour principaux composants un gypse cuit, un quartz et une cristobalite. En outre, cette composition de matériau de revêtement pour coulée sous forme de poudre à base de gypse présente un diamètre particulaire moyen inférieur ou égal à 30µm, et contient : au moins un produit d'éléments broyés conjointement choisi parmi un produit de gypse cuit et de quartz broyés conjointement, un produit de gypse cuit et de cristobalite broyés conjointement ou un produit de gypse cuit, de quartz et de cristobalite broyés conjointement ; et un composant maintenant l'humidité sous forme d'une poudre ou sous forme d'un liquide de faible teneur en eau.
