DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING PROFILED PARTS
The invention relates to method and to a device for connecting at least two profiled parts (1), wherein the at least two profiled parts (1) are fixed to profile supports (2) that can be moved relative to each other are each partially melted at an end joining face (10) by means of a heating element (5) in a melting step and, after the heating element (5) has been removed, the partially melted joining faces (10) of the profiled parts are pressed against each other in a joining step, until the molten materials brought into contact with each other there cool down and solidify, forming a welded connection. In order to reliably avoid or reduce the occurrence or the development of a welding bead, according to the invention, in a separating step that is to be carried out before the joining step, a mating tool (6, 29) is guided through the melt along the separating edge (9) of the limiting element (3), in order to separate the excess melt (7) that has escaped over the separating edge (9).
L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi qu'un dispositif pour relier au moins deux pièces profilées (1), lesdites au moins deux pièces profilées (1) fixées sur des supports (2) de profilé mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre étant fondues dans une étape de fusion au moyen d'un élément chauffant (5) à chaque fois au niveau d'une surface d'assemblage d'extrémité (10) et, après l'élimination de l'élément chauffant (5), étant comprimées l'une contre l'autre dans une étape d'assemblage au niveau des surfaces d'extrémité fondues (10) jusqu'à ce que les masses fondues mises en contact l'une avec l'autre refroidissent et se solidifient tout en formant un assemblage soudé. Pour éviter ou réduire de manière fiable l'apparition ou l'expression d'un cordon de soudure, selon l'invention, dans une étape de séparation à réaliser avant l'étape d'assemblage, un contre-outil (6, 29) est guidé le long d'un bord de séparation (9) d'un élément de délimitation (3) à travers la masse fondue pour séparer l'excès de masse fondue (7) sorti via le bord de séparation (9).
