The invention relates to an anti-theft device comprising, inter alia, a notched strap having a free end and an end rigidly connected to a block which locks the notched surface of the notched strap in the closed position when the free end is inserted into an insertion slot provided in the locking block, the anti-theft device further comprising theft detection means. According to different embodiments, the device may include: - suitable signage on the parts indicating where to limit the tightening of the belt on the champagne bottles so as not to mark and damage the aluminium sheets covering the top of the champagne bottles with the flexible or fixed toothing of the belt, - a vertical notch using teeth on the two (fixed and movable) covers, said notch being designed to lock the movable cap precisely at the level at which the bottle neck to be protected is inserted into the device. Said notches are held together when the belt is tightened. - an "ink" security feature is obtained by adding an ink ampoule intended to prevent and determine theft by breaking the ampoule in the event of a characterised impact and the corresponding "Warning!" signage thereof. - a specific toothing of the belt means it can be adapted to different necks. In the event of a characterised vertical impact, the flexible toothing of the belt is altered to absorb the deformation due to the increase in the diameter of the bottle resulting from the impact. The toothing then returns to its original position when the thief attempts to remove the device from the neck.

L'invention concerne un dispositif antivol comprenant i.a. une sangle crantée présentant une extrémité libre et une extrémité solidaire d'un bloc assurant le verrouillage de la surface crantée de ladite sangle crantée, en position fermée, lorsque ladite extrémité libre est introduite dans une fente d'introduction prévue dans ledit bloc de verrouillage, ledit dispositif antivol comportant en outre un moyen de détection antivol. Selon différents modes des réalisation, ledit dispositif peut comporter : une signalétique adaptée sur les pièces indiquant où limiter le serrage de la ceinture sur les bouteilles de champagne afin de ne pas marquer et abîmer les feuilles d'aluminium couvrant le haut des bouteilles de champagne par les dentures souples ou fixes de la ceinture, un crantage vertical par dents sur les deux capots (fixe et mobile) destiné au blocage du chapeau mobile à la hauteur précise du goulot de bouteille à protéger introduite dans le dispositif. Ces crantages sont tenus entre eux lors du serrage de la ceinture. une sécurité « encre » est obtenue par l'adjonction d'une ampoule d'encre destinée à prévenir et constater le vol par brisure de l'ampoule en cas de choc caractérisé et sa signalétique « Warning ! » correspondante. une denture spécifique de la ceinture permet de s'adapter aux différents goulots. En cas de choc vertical caractérisé, la denture souple de la ceinture s'altère pour encaisser la déformation due à l'accroissement du diamètre de la bouteille résultant du choc. La denture reprend ensuite sa position initiale lorsque le voleur tente de retirer le dispositif du goulot.
