ABSTRACT A self-adhering drainage-promoting wrap for a building structure includes an elongate, flexible strip of weather-resistive membrane having front and rear faces, a series of separate, spaced-apart, spacer elements bonded to the front face of the membrane and projecting therefrom to a predetermined height, and a layer of adhesive on the rear face of the membrane.
