Watertight anchoring (2) for securely fastening elements (3, 4) to a building (1), comprising a base or support {6) anchored in a supporting structure (7) of the building (1); a heat-insulating layer (17}; a first watertight layer (25) applied over the heat-insulating layer (17} and the base or support (6); a bearing structure (28) fixed to the base or support (6) and a second watertight layer (38) applied over parts of the aforementioned bearing profiles (29) and over parts (39) of the first watertight layer (25) that, are adjacent to the respective bearing profiles (29).
La présente invention concerne un ancrage (2) étanche à l'eau permettant de fixer de manière sûre des éléments (3, 4) à un bâtiment (1), comprenant une base ou un support (6) ancré dans une structure de support (7) du bâtiment (1) ; une couche d'isolation thermique (17) ; une première couche étanche à l'eau (25) appliquée sur la couche d'isolation thermique (17) et la base ou le support (6) ; une structure de support (28) fixée à la base ou au support (6) et une seconde couche étanche à l'eau (38) appliquée sur des parties des profilés porteurs (29) susmentionnés et sur des parties (39) de la première couche étanche à l'eau (25) qui sont adjacentes aux profilés porteurs (29) respectifs.
