SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION FOR A FORMWORK PANEL
Supporting structure of plastic construction for a formwork panel which has a supporting structure and a facing which is positioned on the front side of the supporting structure and which is attached to the supporting structure, wherein the supporting structure has two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports, characterized in that the supporting structure has a main body composed of plastic, to which the two longitudinal edge supports and the two transverse edge supports belong, and, in the region of the front sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, an edge protector which is provided for protecting at least part of the edge of the facing after attachment thereof to the supporting structure, wherein the edge protector is composed of a material differing from the material of said supports of the supporting structure and has a region which projects forwards from the relevant said support; and/or in that the supporting structure has a main body composed of plastic, to which the two longitudinal edge supports and the two transverse edge supports belong, and, in the region of the front sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, and/or in the region of the rear sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, a reinforcement composed of a material differing from the material of said supports of the supporting structure.
La présente invention concerne une structure porteuse construite en matière synthétique pour un panneau de coffrage qui comprend une structure porteuse et une peau de coffrage positionnée sur la face avant de la structure porteuse et installée sur la structure porteuse. La structure porteuse possède deux montants longitudinaux externes et deux montants transversaux externes et est caractérisée en ce que la structure porteuse comprend un corps principal en matière synthétique dont font partie les deux montants longitudinaux externes et les deux montants transversaux externes, et comprend, au niveau des faces avant des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, une protection des arêtes qui est destinée à protéger au moins une partie de l'arête de la peau de coffrage après son installation sur la structure porteuse, la protection des arêtes est faite d'un matériau différent du matériau desdits montants de la structure porteuse et a une zone faisant saillie vers l'avant depuis ledit montant concerné ; et/ou en ce que la structure porteuse comprend un corps principal en matière synthétique, dont font partie les deux montants longitudinaux externes et les deux montants transversaux externes, et au niveau des faces avant des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, et/ou au niveau des faces arrière des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, un renforcement fait d'un matériau différent du matériau desdits montants de la structure porteuse.

La présente invention concerne une structure porteuse construite en matière synthétique pour un panneau de coffrage qui comprend une structure porteuse et une peau de coffrage positionnée sur la face avant de la structure porteuse et installée sur la structure porteuse. La structure porteuse possède deux montants longitudinaux externes et deux montants transversaux externes et est caractérisée en ce que la structure porteuse comprend un corps principal en matière synthétique dont font partie les deux montants longitudinaux externes et les deux montants transversaux externes, et comprend, au niveau des faces avant des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, une protection des arêtes qui est destinée à protéger au moins une partie de l'arête de la peau de coffrage après son installation sur la structure porteuse, la protection des arêtes est faite d'un matériau différent du matériau desdits montants de la structure porteuse et a une zone faisant saillie vers l'avant depuis ledit montant concerné ; et/ou en ce que la structure porteuse comprend un corps principal en matière synthétique, dont font partie les deux montants longitudinaux externes et les deux montants transversaux externes, et au niveau des faces avant des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, et/ou au niveau des faces arrière des deux montants longitudinaux externes et/ou des deux montants transversaux externes, un renforcement fait d'un matériau différent du matériau desdits montants de la structure porteuse.
