THREADED ROD CONNECTOR WITH MOUTHWARDLY PROJECTING ARMS
Threaded rod connector comprising a housing (1) having a cavity (10) for receiving a threaded rod therein, wherein the cavity (10) has a mouth (11), and an insert (3) comprising a plurality of rod engagement segments (50), which are arranged within the cavity (10), wherein the cavity (10) has a tapered zone (14) tapering towards the mouth (11) for wedging the rod engagement segments (50) against the threaded rod, wherein the insert (3) further comprises a plurality of segment carrying arms (40), each having a segment connection end (45) and an interconnection end (43), which is located opposite the segment connection end on the respective segment carrying arm, wherein each of the rod engagement segments (50) is connected to at least one of the segment carrying arms (40) at the segment connection end (45) thereof, and wherein the segment carrying arms (40) are interconnected at their interconnection ends (43). Each of the segment carrying arms (40) extends, originating from its segment connection end (45), towards the mouth (11) of the cavity (10).
L'invention concerne un raccord de tige filetée comprenant un boîtier (1) ayant une cavité (10) destinée à recevoir une tige filetée, la cavité (10) ayant une embouchure (11), et un insert (3) comprenant une pluralité de segments de prise de tige (50), qui sont disposés à l'intérieur de la cavité (10). La cavité (10) comprend une zone conique (14) qui se rétrécit en direction de l'embouchure (11) pour caler les segments de prise de tige (50) contre la tige filetée et l'insert (3) comprend en outre une pluralité de bras de support de segment (40), chacun possédant une extrémité de raccordement de segment (45) et une extrémité d'interconnexion (43), qui est située à l'opposé de l'extrémité de raccordement de segment sur le bras de support de segment respectif. Chacun des segments de prise de tige (50) est raccordé à au moins l'un des bras de support de segment (40) au niveau de l'extrémité de raccordement de segment (45) de ceux-ci, et les bras de support de segment (40) sont interconnectés au niveau de leurs extrémités d'interconnexion (43). Chacun des bras de support de segment (40) s'étend de son extrémité de raccordement de segment (45) en direction de l'ouverture (11) de la cavité (10).
