THREADED ROD CONNECTOR WITH ROTATIONALLY LOCKED COLLAR
Threaded rod connector comprising a housing having a cavity for receiving a threaded rod therein, wherein the cavity has a mouth, and an insert comprising a plurality of rod engagement segments, which are arranged within the cavity, wherein the cavity has a tapered zone tapering towards the mouth for wedging the rod engagement segments against the threaded rod, wherein the insert further comprises a plurality of segment carrying arms, wherein each of the segment carrying arms carries at least one of the rod engagement segments, wherein the segment carrying arms form a cage for accommodating the threaded rod. The insert further comprises a collar, which is connected to the segment carrying arms, and which interconnects the segment carrying arms, and the cavity has a collar locking zone, in which the collar is arranged, wherein the housing rotationally locks the collar arranged in the collar locking zone to the housing.
L'invention concerne un raccord de tige filetée qui comprend un logement ayant une cavité pour y recevoir une tige filetée, la cavité ayant une embouchure, et un insert comprenant une pluralité de segments de mise en prise de tige, qui sont agencés à l'intérieur de la cavité, la cavité ayant une zone conique s'effilant vers l'embouchure pour caler les segments de mise en prise de tige contre la tige filetée, l'insert comprenant en outre une pluralité de bras de support de segment, chacun des bras de support de segment portant au moins l'un des segments de mise en prise de tige, les bras de support de segment formant une cage pour recevoir la tige filetée. L'insert comprend en outre un collier, qui est relié aux bras de support de segment, et qui relie entre eux les bras de support de segment, et la cavité présente une zone de verrouillage de collier, dans laquelle le collier est agencé, le logement verrouillant en rotation le collier agencé dans la zone de verrouillage de collier au logement.
