A portable weather guard and safety shelter for use with outdoors located enclosures or any structures for use in trades. The portable weather guard and safety shelter includes a frame and an impermeable membrane attached to the frame to protect the electronic devices and/or service personnel from environmental conditions including inclement weather such as rain, snow, wind, sleet, and ice, and other environmental conditions such as wind blown sand, dust, and dirt. The portable weather guard and safety shield can be folded or rolled to a compact shape and carried in a pouch which can be worn or carried by the user.
