RECYCLING OF STEROL-CONTAINING ASPHALT BINDER
Disclosed are asphalt binder compositions that include an aged asphalt binder containing a reclaimed (aged) sterol, and methods for making such compositions with aged asphalt binder containing a reclaimed sterol. When included in an upcycled asphalt binder composition, the reclaimed sterol of the aged asphalt binder improves various rheological and chemical properties of the upcycled asphalt binder.
