A privacy apparatus that can be customized in size to be installed in an area such as but not limited to a patio or balcony wherein the present invention blocks visibility of the area and through the privacy apparatus. The present invention includes panel members wherein the panel members have a frame. The frame is comprised of a plurality of frame support members wherein the frame support members are elongated in shape. The frame support members are operably coupled utilizing connection members wherein the frame support member and connection members are provided in alternate configuration to offer panel members in different sizes. A membrane layer is operably coupled to the frame wherein the membrane layer is manufactured from a plastic material. The membrane layer is configured to block visibility therethrough and further allow airflow. Indica and colors of numerous varieties are imprinted on the surface of the membrane layer.
