SULPHUR ADDITIVE AND SULPHUR MODIFIED BITUMEN
The present disclosure discloses an additive for preparing modified bitumen comprising a) sulphur with a weight percentage in the range of 90-95 % with respect to the additive; b) at least two H2S suppressants with a combined weight percentage in the range of 4-7 % with respect to the additive; c) bitumen with a weight percentage in the range of 0.5-3 % with respect to the additive; and d) at least one smell masking agent in the range of 0.05-1.0 % with respect to the additive. The present disclosure provides a convenient process for the preparation of the additive. The present disclosure also reveals a sulphur modified bitumen and a process for preparing the sulphur modified bitumen.
La présente invention concerne un additif pour préparer un bitume modifié comprenant a) du soufre ayant un pourcentage en poids dans une plage de 90 à 95 % par rapport à l'additif ; b) au moins deux suppresseurs de H2S ayant un pourcentage en poids combiné dans une plage de 4 à 7 % par rapport à l'additif ; c) du bitume ayant un pourcentage en poids dans une plage de 0,5 à 3 % par rapport à l'additif ; et d) au moins agent masquant les odeurs dans une plage de 0,05 à 1,0 % par rapport à l'additif. La présente invention concerne un procédé pratique pour la préparation de l'additif. La présente invention concerne également un bitume modifié au soufre et un procédé de préparation du bitume modifié au soufre.
