SAFETY STRIP FOR A DOOR AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAFETY STRIP
In an aspect, the present disclosure provides a safety strip for a door, in particular for a door of a means of transport. The safety strip is elastic and/or flexible, has at least one receiving space, and comprises a sensor arrangement. The sensor arrangement is set up to emit electromagnetic radia-tion into a monitored area and to receive such radiation from the monitored area. The sensor ar-rangement is arranged in the receiving space in such a way that the safety strip completely encloses the sensor arrangement in at least one plane.
