SEALING PROFILE AND DRYWALL
A sealing profiled element (20) for an edge joint (16) formed between a floor (8) and adjacent planking (12) of a dry-construction wall (10) comprises: - a main body (22) for sealing the edge joint (16), which main body has a plank-proximal upper portion (28) having an upper face (30), which upper face forms a seat for the planking (12), and which main body has an opposite bottom portion (26); and - a fastening portion (24) for fastening the sealing profiled element (20) to a lateral retaining rail (14) of the dry-construction wall (10), which fastening portion runs laterally to the main body (22) and is fixedly connected to the main body (22) only by means of the bottom portion (26). Furthermore, the main body (22) has a lateral surface (34), which directly faces the fastening portion (24) and is not connected to the region of the fastening portion (24) that faces it. The invention also relates to a dry-construction wall (10) having a sealing profiled element (20) of this type
Un élément profilé d'étanchéité (20) destiné à un joint sur chant (16) formé entre un plancher (8) et un platelage adjacent (12) d'une paroi de construction sèche (10) comprend : - un corps principal (22) permettant d'assurer l'étanchéité du joint sur chant (16), ledit corps principal étant doté d'une partie supérieure (28), proximale à la planche, dotée d'une face supérieure (30), ladite face supérieure formant un siège pour le platelage (12), et ledit corps principal étant doté d'une partie inférieure opposée (26) ; et - une partie de fixation (24) permettant la fixation de l'élément profilé d'étanchéité (20) à un rail de retenue latéral (14) de la paroi de construction sèche (10), ladite partie de fixation s'étendant latéralement par rapport au corps principal (22) et étant reliée à demeure au corps principal (22) uniquement au moyen de la partie inférieure (26). En outre, le corps principal (22) est doté d'une surface latérale (34) faisant face directement à la partie de fixation (24) et non reliée à la région de la partie de fixation (24) lui faisant face. L'invention se rapporte en outre à une paroi de construction sèche (10) dotée d'un élément profilé d'étanchéité (20) de ce type.
