ARTIFICIAL TURF AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL TURF
An artificial turf field comprising an artificial turf comprising a nonwoven and/or a woven fabric and a primary backing having a first surface and a second surface and artificial turf fibers connected to the primary backing, the artificial turf fibers extending from the first surface of the primary backing, and a material layer adhered to the second surface of the primary backing, wherein the material layer comprises particles composed for at least 75 wt.% of one or more polymers. Preferably, each of the primary backing, the artificial turf fibers and the material comprised in the artificial turf is composed for at least 75 wt.% of one or more polymers of the same polymer family, enabling to provide a circular product which can be recycled over and over again.
Un terrain de gazon artificiel comprenant un gazon artificiel comprenant un tissu non-tissé et/ou un tissu tissé et un support primaire ayant une première surface et une seconde surface et des fibres de gazon artificiel reliées au support primaire, les fibres de gazon artificiel s'étendant à partir de la première surface du support primaire, et une couche de matériau collée à la seconde surface du support primaire, la couche de matériau comprenant des particules composées d'au moins 75 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs polymères. De préférence, chacun des supports primaires, des fibres de gazon artificiel et du matériau compris dans le gazon artificiel sont composés d'au moins 75 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs polymères de la même famille de polymères, ce qui permet de fournir un produit circulaire qui peut être recyclé à l'infini.
