DRILLING TOOL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A BORE IN THE GROUND
The invention relates to a drilling tool for producing a borehole in the ground, having a rotatably driveable basic body, a removal device at a lower end of the basic body for removing soil material, and at least one adjustable removal element which can be adjusted between a radially inner retracted position and a radially outer widening position, in which the removal element projects radially outwards with respect to the basic body to widen a borehole diameter. According to the invention, there is provision that, to adjust the removal element, there is provided an adjusting mechanism with a rotary member which can be rotated on the basic body so as to be rotatable about the drilling axis between a first rotary position and a second rotary position, that the at least one removal element is arranged on a pivot arm which can be pivoted with respect to the basic body between a first pivoting position, in which the at least one removal element is in its retracted position, and a second pivoting position, in which the at least one removal element is in its widening position, and that an actuating cam is provided on the rotary member and/or on the at least one pivot arm, by means of which actuating cam a rotary movement of the rotary member can be converted into a pivoting movement of the at least one pivot arm.
L'invention concerne un outil de forage de production d'un trou de forage dans le sol, comprenant un corps de base pouvant être entraîné en rotation, un dispositif de retrait au niveau d'une extrémité inférieure du corps de base permettant de retirer un matériau de sol, et au moins un élément de retrait réglable qui peut être réglé entre une position de retrait radialement interne et une position d'élargissement radialement externe, dans laquelle l'élément de retrait fait saillie radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport au corps de base pour élargir un diamètre de trou de forage. Selon l'invention, pour régler l'élément de retrait, un mécanisme de réglage doté d'un élément rotatif qui peut tourner sur le corps de base de façon à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe de forage entre une première position de rotation et une seconde position de rotation est prévu, ledit élément de retrait étant disposé sur un bras de pivot qui peut pivoter par rapport au corps de base entre une première position de pivotement, dans laquelle ledit élément de retrait est dans sa position en retrait, et une seconde position de pivotement, dans laquelle ledit élément de retrait est dans sa position d'élargissement, et une came d'actionnement est disposée sur l'élément rotatif et/ou sur ledit bras de pivot, au moyen de laquelle came d'actionnement un mouvement rotatif de l'élément rotatif peut être converti en un mouvement de pivotement dudit bras de pivot.

L'invention concerne un outil de forage de production d'un trou de forage dans le sol, comprenant un corps de base pouvant être entraîné en rotation, un dispositif de retrait au niveau d'une extrémité inférieure du corps de base permettant de retirer un matériau de sol, et au moins un élément de retrait réglable qui peut être réglé entre une position de retrait radialement interne et une position d'élargissement radialement externe, dans laquelle l'élément de retrait fait saillie radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport au corps de base pour élargir un diamètre de trou de forage.
