L’invention concerne des céramiques colorées et un procédé d’obtention de ces céramiques colorées. Le procédé de l’invention comprenant les étapes suivantes: la fourniture d’une composition comprenant un matériau céramique technique, un premier composant pigment et, facultativement, des liants, la préparation d’un corps vert à partir de cette composition, facultativement le déliantage du corps vert, puis la soumission du corps vert à un traitement par une préparation contenant un ou plusieurs métaux comme autre composant pigment, et le frittage du corps vert traité. La céramique technique colorée de la présente invention consiste en un matériau céramique technique, la céramique technique comprenant une première zone colorée (1) et une seconde zone colorée (2) d’une couleur différente, où la première zone colorée (1) contient un premier composant pigment, et où la seconde zone colorée (2) contient un second composant pigment formé du premier composant pigment et de l’autre composant pigment. L’invention concerne également une lunette de boîte de montre (4) comprenant une telle céramique.
The invention relates to a method for obtaining a coloured technical ceramic body and a coloured technical ceramic body obtainable by said method.The method of the invention comprising the following steps: providing a composition comprising a technical ceramic material which is zirconia stabilized with yttria, calcia, ceria or magnesia, a first pigment component in an amount between 1 and 10 % by weight related to the total weight of the composition comprising the technical ceramic material and the first pigment component, the composition comprising binder materials, preparing a green body from this composition, debinding the green body, thereafter impregnating the green body with a solution of a further metal-containing pigment component, drying, and sintering the treated green body.The coloured technical ceramic body of the present invention is obtainable by said method and consists of zirconia which is stabilized by yttria, calcia, ceria or magnesia as a technical ceramic material, the technical ceramic body comprising a first coloured area and a second coloured area of a different colour, whereby the first coloured area contains a first pigment component, and the second coloured area contains a second pigment component which is formed from the first pigment component and the further metal containing pigment component.
