Composite artificial stone with antibacterial function
The invention provides a composite artificial stone with an antibacterial function. The composite artificial stone structurally comprises an inorganic artificial stone layer, an organic antibacterial artificial stone layer and an antibacterial coating sequentially from a lower layer to an upper layer, wherein an adhesive layer is arranged between the inorganic artificial stone layer and the organic antibacterial artificial stone layer; the antibacterial coating is a nanometer photocatalyst spraying layer; the thickness of the organic antibacterial artificial stone layer accounts for 10%-30% of the thickness of the inorganic artificial stone layer; the antibacterial coating is prepared by directly spraying a nanometer photocatalyst on the organic antibacterial artificial stone layer by adopting a spraying process; and the thickness of the antibacterial coating is 50-100 nanometers. The composite artificial stone provided by the invention integrates the advantages of a resin artificial stone and an inorganic artificial stone and has the excellent antibacterial function by arranging the organic antibacterial artificial stone layer and the antibacterial coating.
